HOW MANY DAYS UNTIL MY ORDER SHIPS?
Please allow 2 business days for your order to ship from MILLIE. Shipping usually takes anywhere from 3-7 business days depending on where in the US you are located.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY:
We have a 7-day return policy and 14-day store credit policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and 14 days after receiving your item to request store credit.
To be eligible for a return or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you can ship the item back to us at the above address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within two days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Sale and discounted items, custom or special orders, personal care goods (such as beauty products and perfumes), accessories such as socks and hats cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on ANY sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY:
Items must be shipped back to MILLIE within 14 days of the order being received at the delivery address for store credit to be applied.
We are not responsible for shipping costs as those are to be paid by the customer.
You can exchange in person for free!
Any item being returned must be unworn, with tags on, in the same condition it was received in.
Please note ALL SALE ITEMS AND ANY DISCOUNTED ITEM IS FINAL SALE! NO EXCEPTIONS.
