Return Policy

As a small business we offer 7 days for returns and exchanges. You have 7 days after receiving your package to request and send back a return. The shipping costs are the responsilbity of the customer and we do not refund the original shipping cost if an item is returned. Please remember any item that is discounted in any way including sale items are all final sale.


To be eligible for a return or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@millieseattle.com. Once approved, you will need to send your package back to us at 2213 Queen Anne Avenue North, Seattle, WA 98109. We will refund you upon recival of your package.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within two days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions & non returnables

Sale and discounted items, custom or special orders, personal care goods (such as beauty products and perfumes), accessories such as socks and hats cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on ANY sale items, discounted items or gift cards.

Any item being returned must be unworn, with tags on, in the same condition it was received in.

Please note ALL SALE ITEMS AND ANY DISCOUNTED ITEM IS FINAL SALE! NO EXCEPTIONS.
