- We do not offer refunds to credit cards, but we do offer exchanges or store credit!
What is your exchange or store credit policy?
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return items must be shipped back to MILLIE within 14 days of the order being received at the delivery address.
- You can exchange in person for free!
- Any item being returned must be unworn, with tags on, in the same condition it was received in.
- Please note ALL SALE ITEMS AND ANY DISCOUNTED ITEM IS FINAL SALE! NO EXCEPTIONS HERE.
- Shipments outside of the USA are FINAL SALE.
